What’s Good For a Painful Menstrual Cycle

We as women go through a lot of pain during our menstrual cycle on a monthly basis. There are so many things that are good, but first, let me tell you what’s bad: chocolate, cold or even ice beverages, caffeine, too much sugar, swimming, baths or showers. You may say wait a minute, ‘just how am I going to clean myself?’ You simply take French baths in warm water, meaning bending on your knees in a half full bath of water or washing off, but do not soak yourself, it messes with your hormones and you through worse cramps.
